Our technology focus is rooted in our history. In 1962, two IBM salesmen started a search firm after realizing the first thing a customer asked for once they purchased a computer was for someone to run it. In the early 80’s, understanding the first step in sales is building relationships, an executive envisioned creating a system where he could keep notes on everything from a person’s anniversaries to their hobbies and create follow-up letters automatically. The company’s first customer relationship management (CRM) software was born.
